"Helpful docs, but kind of all over the place"
The docs are decent and I’ve definitely found helpful stuff in there, but the weird part is I still end up getting lost in the examples often. They’re useful, just not always organized in a way that makes it easy to follow.

"Billing was sorted out easily"
I had to change my card and, it was handled without much hassle. It was a bit of an inconvenience on my end, so I’m still hoping they’ll offer some kind of credit or compensation for the trouble, but the actual billing update went smoothly.

"I mostly use wolfram.com when I want to..."
I mostly use wolfram.com when I want to double-check my calculus or stats homework, and it’s been reliable for me. I’ve typed in some messy problems before, and it still usually figures out what I mean. The page can feel a little busy sometimes, but for getting accurate answers, it’s been a solid tool in my experience.

"Helpful… once they finally got back to me"
To be fair, support did seem to know what they were doing and they eventually fixed my Wolfram issue. It just took longer than I expected to get replies, which was a little frustrating. Nice that it got resolved in the end, but I guess quick responses weren’t exactly part of the package.

"Works great, just a little pricey"
I’ve been using Wolfram and it works really well. It’s reliable and does what I need without much hassle, so I definitely see the value in it. My only gripe is that the price feels a bit high if you’re just using it casually, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Rough first impression, but the tools are useful"
My first impression wasn’t great because the layout felt kind of clunky and the menus were confusing to figure out. Once I spent a little more time with it, I did find the tools helpful, but I wish the site was easier to navigate from the start.

"Took me a little while, but it clicked"
I’ll be honest, Wolfram felt confusing at first and I wasn’t totally sure what I was doing, but after messing around with it a few times and just trying different things it started to make a lot more sense and now I actually see why people like it. There’s definitely a learning curve, but if you stick with it and don’t get frustrated right away, it’s not too bad.

"Solid tool that fits into my workflow"
I’ve been using Wolfram mostly alongside notebooks and for the occasional coding task, and overall it’s been really useful. The integration with my other tools is usually smooth (which is a big deal for me), especially when I need to quickly check math-related stuff. I’ve run into a few minor formatting and exporting quirks here and there (nothing deal-breaking), but it’s been reliable enough that I keep coming back to it. Happy with it overall, even if it’s not totally perfect

"Pretty easy to deal with overall"
I got my wolfram subscription set up without much trouble. I think I renewed it sometime around March, or maybe it was April, but either way the reminder emails came at a reasonable time and weren’t annoying. The license page was clear enough for me to figure out what was going on. I also had to move it to a different computer once, maybe last year, and it worked fine after I logged in again. It’s not exactly cheap, but for what I use it for, I don’t really regret paying for it.

"I was stuck on this messy algebra..."
I was stuck on this messy algebra stuff and it helped me get through it fast. The symbolic steps made that whole thing a lot less annoying and saved me a ton of time

"Helpful at times, but kind of confusing"
There is some good info in here, and it helped me a few times, but it is not always easy to follow. I had a hard time actually learning from it because some parts felt confusing or not explained clearly enough.

"Useful, but come on, give me a break"
I went into Wolfram.com expecting a lot more depth, especially for the price. It can be powerful, sure, but too many features feel shallow unless you already know the exact wording or input it wants. Some answers are genuinely helpful, but then others just kind of stop halfway and leave me Googling around anyway. Give me a break, if I’m paying for something this advanced, I’d expect clearer explanations and more real-world examples. It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not as complete as I hoped

"Wolfram Cloud has been dependable for my day-to-day work"
I’ve been using Wolfram Cloud for my notebooks and a couple of small deployments, it’s been solid for me. What else do you really want when you’re trying to get work done besides something that just stays available? I can’t remember getting hit with any major downtime right in the middle of something important.
Sure, a page might take an extra moment to load here and there, but has it ever really derailed my work? Not at all. My saved files are where I left them, sharing links do what they’re supposed to do, and switching to another laptop is painless. Easy 5 stars from me

"Bad first impression, but it works okay"
My first impression wasn’t great because it felt slow right away. It does what it’s supposed to do, but the lag happens often enough that it gets annoying. Overall, it’s okay, just not as smooth as I expected.

"I thought Wolfram.com might be a little..."
I thought Wolfram.com might be a little overwhelming at first, but it’s actually easy to use once you spend a bit of time with it. The search and tools are straightforward enough, even if a few pages feel kind of crowded. Overall, it’s been more useful and less confusing than I expected, and I don’t find myself getting lost too often.

"Got help faster than expected"
My Wolfram account wasn’t loading right, so I sent support a message and figured I’d be waiting a while. They replied that same afternoon, which I didn’t expect.
The person helping me was clear and didn’t make it a whole thing. It got fixed quickly, so yeah, I appreciated that.

"I did get wolfram installed eventually, but it..."
I did get wolfram installed eventually, but it took a little longer than I thought it would. The download itself was fine, no real issue there, but the activation part was, actually, the activation part was kind of confusing at first.

I had to go back and check my account and license details a couple of times before everything finally worked. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not super clear if you’re setting it up for the first time.

Once it was all done, it opened normally and seems to run okay so far. I just wish the install instructions were a bit simpler, because the whole process could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Pretty useful, but I wish it ran faster"
I’ve been using the mobile app for quick math checks, and it does the job most of the time. I just kind of regret relying on it when I’m in a hurry because it can take a while to load on my phone. Still a good app overall, just a little slow sometimes.
